Client Work: Unless a Project Agreement expressly states otherwise in writing, Grace the Geek Studios retains all intellectual property rights to work produced until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the applicable Project Agreement. Grace the Geek Studios retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences

• Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any project with overdue invoices

All fees are denominated in U.S. dollars. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their local jurisdiction in addition to our stated fees.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the terms stated in your individual Project Agreement. We do not offer refunds for completed work or work already in progress unless expressly agreed upon.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
